2007 Pontiac Solstice for oil change & rotate. Scheduled online - easy. Julia, tech, got all info. She was very attentive attentive and listened more than talked Great Quality to have. Waiting room was clean, neat, and comfy. Service took about an hour since they do an extensive multipoint of everything. All this for a reasonable price (and synthetic oil). I will be back for next Service What's not to like!!!!

Did a late night drop off. The work was performed as promised the next day and was ready for pickup at my convenience. A loaner car was not available, which would have been more convenient, but at least the repairs were completed without any follow up issues.

I went in after the service hours and the service tech helped me check with the tire warranty company and set up an appointment the next day morning. The whole process was smooth and I was back on the road in a few hours. Great service!

Amber is a fantastic Service Center rep to work with; Sunrise is lucky to have her on staff. Amber's so experienced to translate my description of my 2016 Cruze's acceleration and tire pressure issues into warranty work jargon to get my claim approved and my car serviced correctly. My Cruze was ready when promised and estimates for new, extended warranty coverage were included as requested. We've made a new appointment with Amber to bring our 2016 Malibu in for service on 9/13. Excellent Service- it was same day service which another Chevrolet dealership tell me it’s gonna be at least 3 to 5 days brought it in at 7 AM done at 10 AM. Not saying everyone need to do that but they are service oriented and want to take care of their customers. Even clean inside it out great job!
