I have a brand new Chevy Tahoe that I brought in with a flat tire. The service writer, Amber, greeted me with a smile and then proceeded to get the repair process started. I had removed the tire myself and brought it in to them. They replaced my tire under the wheel and tire warranty I have thru GM and Amber kept me informed throughout the entire process. They even put my spare tire back under the vehicle and put away the jack and accessories as well. I was very impressed with the service and even while we waited, the parts department manager gave my son a hot wheels car to play with. I appreciate the generosity and was very pleased with the entire process ! Thank you Amber and Sunrise Chevrolet!
