Julia, tech, got all info. She was very attentive attentive and listened more than talked Great Quality to have. Waiting room was clean, neat, and comfy. Service took about an hour since they do an extensive multipoint of everything. All this for a reasonable price (and synthetic oil). I will be back for next Service
