Did a late night drop off. The work was performed as promised the next day and was ready for pickup at my convenience. A loaner car was not available, which would have been more convenient, but at least the repairs were completed without any follow up issues.

Amber's so experienced to translate my description of my 2016 Cruze's acceleration and tire pressure issues into warranty work jargon to get my claim approved and my car serviced correctly. My Cruze was ready when promised and estimates for new, extended warranty coverage were included as requested. We've made a new appointment with Amber to bring our 2016 Malibu in for service on 9/13. Excellent Service- it was same day service which another Chevrolet dealership tell me it’s gonna be at least 3 to 5 days brought it in at 7 AM done at 10 AM. Not saying everyone need to do that but they are service oriented and want to take care of their customers. Even clean inside it out great job!
