5 Stars – Ask for Elias! My husband and I visited Sunrise Chevrolet on a Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Elias, one of their sales associates. We originally came in to look at a pre-owned vehicle but realized that something newer might be a better long-term fit for our lifestyle. Elias was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. He’s super enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and took his time walking us through multiple vehicles and even test drives. What stood out the most was his ability to clearly explain all of our options—whether it was financing, leasing, buying new, or going the pre-owned route. He was never pushy and really took the time to understand our needs, which we truly appreciated. Although we haven’t made a final decision or purchase yet, our experience with Elias left a lasting impression. If you’re thinking about visiting Sunrise Chevrolet, definitely ask for Elias—he’s someone who genuinely cares about helping you make the right choice. Great service deserves recognition, even before the sale is made!

Talk about awesome customer service !!! Amber in service went above and beyond taking care of me while my car was being serviced. I had a newly transferred warranty that I was worried would give some problems and she handled it all with bliss. She put me in an awesome loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. She got all the repairs approved by the warranty with ease. I got my vehicle back and it’s better than ever. Will for sure return and ask for Amber again next time I need service. I have used Sunrise Chevy twice and have been very happy with the service and honesty that Jorge provided. the 1st time was just a 90k inspection and airbag recall. I was advised that it would be most affordable for me to wait until I needed to get new tires to replace the 2 missing tire sensors. My 2nd visit was because another dealership forgot to plug back in a sensor casing the SES light to come on and the fan to continually run. the "Other" dealership also wanted to charge me $6k for an axel issue that Sunrise said did not exist. I also like their form of communication - everything comes through a text. communication and checklists. Very helpful when you are at work. I will only use Sunrise for my service needs.
