Had a recall on my 21 Camaro, I’ve been here before and was always helped by Julia. I’ve had other cars and have been to other dealers going through with service but I love coming to sunrise because Julia makes it such an easy and quick process. My last visit on the 6th I walked into the offices, Julia was handling a phone call and still helped me drop off my car and get me situated. I was in for about 30 minutes, got a text asap for when my car was ready and I could tell when it was ready since I can hear it all the way from the waiting lounge, signed some papers and was out in basically an hour. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced from any dealership service center!

This place didn’t have the traverse I wanted, every single one I looked at kept missing something I wanted, so they said “Let’s build it for you!!” My Customer Rep Elias was phenomenal! Got every part of it right, gave me his honest opinion on everything. And even when I thought I might want an unnecessary feature he knew I’d regret getting, he voiced it out. Made me feel like he really cared and wanted me to love every part of my purchase and not regret a single thing.
