We have bought both of our cars from Sunrise and will never go anywhere else. The salesmen are nice and not pushy. The service department is great! Julia is super easy to work with and always keeps me updated. She is knowledgeable and we never feel like they are just trying to "sell us" on repairs. There are multiple Chevrolet dealerships closer to our house but we choose to drive to Sunrise because we are that happy with them!

I went camping over the weekend, came home with my air conditioner not working, the front trim was half off, and I had run over something metal that scraped the underside of my car. It was a mess! I know I was going to need tires before winter too, and my car was due for an oil change, so I made an appointment on line and went in. Daniel was fantastic! He checked to see if my air conditioner problem was covered on my extended warranty, he figured out a great deal for all 4 tires, and I was relaxed knowing my car was in good hands! I went home to wait for my car. Daniel was again fantastic with the remote communication. He was on top of it! Answered all of my questions, kept me informed, and gave me an accurate ETA for my car. I never have to worry when I bring my beloved Trax to Sunrise!

Just bought my 2018 traverse! I met with mike a couple of days ago initially looking at a different traverse, and when I realized that it was not the car for me he showed me a few others they had in their lot and I loved the traverse he brought me to! Overall, my experience was not only very professional, but quick and painless. As for the financing, which most people dread having to deal with, Luciano Garcia went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I was signing as well as walk me through what all the warranties would be including. My last experience with financing at a dealership was less than satisfactory and I truly had a comfortable stress free time.
After a bit of back-and-forth trying to figure out the issues that my car started having soon after purchase both my service advisor Dan and technician Joe made sure that not only all of my issues were fixed, but made sure to make the entire process extremely comfortable. There is nothing better than a service advisor striving to make sure everything you have concerns about are acknowledged and looked into, but also the fact that my technician Joe was there talking with me keeping me in the loop the entire time. There is never a time where you will be in the dark. I really enjoy the fact that each visit I get to work with the same people. It really makes a difference knowing that the same person that I talked with last time will be the same person I talk with while my issues are being resolved. 5 stars I highly recommend
