I bought a Chevy Trax on Memorial Day at Sunrise Chevrolet (not close to home, but they had the car I wanted) and by Thursday I had a minor issue with the emissions system. I couldn't get an appointment at a closer dealership so I drove all the way out to Sunrise Chevrolet during a heavy downpour because their service department had immediate availability. They took care of the car's problem quickly, professionally, a nd at not cost to me (warranty!) making the long drive in the rain absolutely worth it. Dan was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the problem in a way I could understand.

Personally I’ve had a poor experience with this company and this may seem like a contradiction considering im giving 5 stars. That is solely due to only one employee here, Daniel Wurzer. Everyone who I dealt with at this dealership failed to help me in person, on the phone or otherwise. Yet Daniel went above and beyond to not only meet my expectations but also exceed them. He made sure to keep in contact with me through every part of the process, he answered any and every question I had throughly and in a way I could understand. He was the ONLY person who continuously made an effort to help me every time I came in. He is the sole and only reason I am putting 5 stars, I will never come back to this dealership whether it’s to lease or rent a vehicle. I initially came into get my vehicle serviced due to some engine and break issue, and not only did they try and blame me for something that turned out to be manufacturing issue, they hounded me to try and buy a new car. Yet Daniel was the only person there who treated me with respect and Professionalism.

It was most definitely the customer service for me! Don greeted me on the lot, he had the most welcoming smile and was beyond patient with my indecisiveness. When we went to test drive he knew literally everything about the car and I absolutely loved that. Eric helped me with my purchase he found me the absolute best rates and his service was superb! And last but not least was Luciano “Primo” Garcia, he showed me my breakdown of my car payments with gap coverage. There was never ANY pressure whatsoever with this team. I even left the lot, went to Nissians lot, test drove Nissians car and came back to Sunrise Chevrolet just because the customer service was so damn good. I would always recommend this team. If you are reading this review and haven’t decided where to go yet come to them!!!
They have a massive inventory as well. I’m such a happy, excited customer and I would like to Thank them a thousand times! Thank You Sunrise Chevrolet for your phenomenal service!!!!
