He worked dilagetly to keep us updated and with help of your service techs they resolved the problem and we we able to pick up our vehicle that day. We made an appointment, but Sunrise had to change it...no problem. It was only an oil change. We were kept up to date on the car's progress and what was happening with it. A recall was also taken care of while it was being serviced. Very nice experience, no issues and they are keeping up with the covid protocol.
