The facility is always clean and I love the text messages while you are waiting. Julia is always on top of things and only recommends services that keep your vehicle in its best condition. I brought my 2002 Malibu in for service due to a drivability issue. The vehicle was not in the best maintained state when I brought it in. Julia, the assistant service manager saw to it that the vehicle was properly diagnosed and repaired overnight. It is in great running condition now despite its age! Thank you Sunrise Chevy in Glendale Heights Il. I most certainly will return for additional service as needed. I would recommend their facility because they managed my service expeditiously and professionally.

Jim was awesome! I brought my Traverse in for an oil change and he made the process quick and easy, which is so wonderful mom the current climate of not wanting to be out much. I ended up needing some additional work done and he gave me a detailed breakdown of the work needed, plus the costs with everything included (tax/parts/labor) which made it easy for me do decide what to do. We ended up doing all the extra work and the cost for everything was very reasonable. I was extremely happy with the attentive service Jim gave me, along with how informed I was throughout the process. I’ve purchased cars years ago at Sunrise and now that we are living in the area again, it will be the only place I go to have my vehicles serviced. I’m super pleased with my experience and look forward to seeing Jim in another 6,000 miles. Thanks, Jim and the rest of the Sunrise service crew!

Dan in service addressed my concerns, had the protector package installed, provided a loaner vehicle for me. It took a couple of extra days due to a part that needed to be ordered, but I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs.
