I absolutely LOVE my service at Sunrise Chevrolet! I have a bought a used car from Sunrise and continually use them for all my maintenance needs (long before buying the car). They have always been straight-forward with me regarding maintenance information and I feel they have given very fair estimates and prices for the repairs. It is such a relief to find such a great car dealership and repair service! They often have rental cars and if none are available, they have the option of a complimentary transportation service to locations within a reasonable distance. When I bought my car a few years back, they gave a very fair price, and the best thing was I didn't feel pressured to buy it. Javier Guzman was the sales professional who sold me my car and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! He even stayed late when I was delayed by a snow storm the night I was supposed to pickup my new car. I often say Sunrise is one of the best things about Glendale Heights! I'm SO thankful I found them when I moved to the area! I had no idea they would play such a huge part of my life. But everyone has car troubles and always at the worst time. Go with Sunrise! You'll be happy so thankful you did!

Went for some routine Oil Change service at Sunrise Chevrolet. Jim Finch was the service advisor. Since the Service Department does a multipoint inspection, I was told that the side wall of one tire was damaged (probably because of going into a deep rut in the road, sometime in the recent past). Jim Finch invited me to talk to the Tech (Larry Rigler) who conducted the multipoint inspection. Larry told me the damage on the rim was cosmetic in nature, and didn’t affect the safety of the car. The tire had some deep scuff marks, and a small portion was ripping off. Larry indicated that the Rim does not need to be replaced, since it does not affect the safety of the driving. However, replacing that tire should be considered within the near future. I was very appreciative of Larry’s thoughtful analysis and suggestions. So, let me show my appreciation by giving Sunrise Chevrolet, Jim Finch (Service Advisor) and Larry Rigler (Tech) a 5-star rating. Thank You!

I scheduled an appointment because my check engine light was on, I also needed an oil change. Jennifer Rose was extremely helpful and kept me informed the entire time. There were a couple major issues that set off the check engine light and Jennifer spent a lot of time on the phone with the warranty company to get everything covered. She is absolutely awesome! Thanks Jen! I'll never go anywhere else for service or to get a new car in the future. UPDATE: Here I am 8 months later and my check engine light came on again. This was unrelated from the issues my car had previously. Jim took care of me this time. I called at 11:30am when the light came on and Jim got me in same day at 1:40pm. Within 2 hours Jim had already diagnosed the issue, got approval from the extended warranty company, and fixed the issue. I was on my way home by 4pm. That's awesome service. Thanks Jim!!
