Service Rep. Jim met me on arrival with a cordial greeting, and confirmed my service request. He then invited me to have a coffee and choose any of the three waiting areas. I settled into the comfy chairs in the showroom, with coffee, doing my work with the morning news on the big screen. In what seemed to be a short time, Jim came by to say my oil change and cooling system flush were complete, and I was on my way!
