Today I brought in a rental for an issue existing before I signed my contract. Yes, the rental company told me I must get the work done myself. Okay, sure, but after visiting two other dealerships for what should have been a routine fix on a factory defect, I felt hopeless. The other dealerships did not live up to (faiirly low) expectations; then comes Sunrise Chevrolet and associate Dan.
I called ahead of time and from start to finish I was taken care of to the point that I nodded off in the waiting room. Talk about a comfortable experience! I am amazed at the great level of service. Thank you so much, Dan and company for the efficient and quick service! And also thank you Jim for the alley oop! Even the people who weren't involved spoke to me and made me feel welcome and made the process so much easier. Please never change, you all are awesome!
