I took my car in for a hefty repair and I worked with Dan. He was amazing through the whole process. He was available to answer any and every question I had concerning my repairs. My car was going to be down a couple of days so it really helped having a hertz car rental adjacent to the service department. I made a reservation and secured a car the same day. The service to my vehicle was fast and efficient. Any other concerns that occurred afterwards were immediately addressed. I recommended my sister to Dan for service with her brakes. Unfortunately he was not there to assist her on that day. Stop in ask for Dan for all your service needs.

We came back to this dealership because of Raul Martinez. He was incredibly attentive and helpful the first time we came in. Other dealerships in the area really did not even want to talk to me about buying a used Equinox. He was so helpful and informative the first time, that when I was ready to make a purchase, I wanted him to get my sale. He was realistic and we left knowing we got a great affordable deal. Eric Claeson was also just wonderful, so friendly and he answered all of our questions with incredible knowledge. Sunrise was the best experience I have had at any dealership. I will send referrals.
UPDATE: Service Department
I had a minor issue after having my oil changed and Dave handled the situation immediately. Dave has always been very attentive and clear when I have brought my car in for service. I will continue to bring any new cars I purchase even if it is not a Chevy because of the wonderful service I have received from the service department, Dave especially. Thanks Dave!
