I came in to simply get pre-approved and maybe put money down to hold an Equinox since my vehicle is going to be a total loss by my insurance company due to a hit and run side swipe accident 2 nights before. He worked hard and found a way for me to be able to purchase a 2016 Equinox V6 AWD that day! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, the features, and what might best meet my needs. I brought my higher mileage GM in to the Sunrise Chevrolet service center where I was greeted by Dan W. He took notes as I described what I thought was wrong. He assured me they would figure it out and provide a quote before performing the work.
A short while later I received a call from Dan W. He explained the issues in detail. Everything he described perfectly matched the drips on my driveway, and it turned out there were three separate issues, not just one.
They fixed the problems for a fair price and I was able to pick it up late in the evening. Courteous, fast, and convenient service - I’ll be back.
