Thank you to the wonderful team at Nemer. They had exactly the used vehicle I wanted, but I live 3 hours away in Vermont. On Friday, Manny (my salesperson) communicated with me throughout the day, prompting me for information and answering questions I had. By day's end, he assured me that everything would be ready in the morning, when I was to drive down to complete the deal. I arrived at 9:15 the next day, took the vehicle for a drive, completed the paperwork, and was back on the road by 11:00. They even gave me a VW t-shirt for my daughter, after I mentioned that she drives a Jetta. I would absolutely recommend buying from this dealership; it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Five strong stars.

Each time I have been to Nemer I am always greeted with a smile and treated respectfully. The sales department was great the day I purchased my vehicle and the service department has always been exceptional. They look up what service maintenance needs to be accomplished and are always respectful of my time waiting. The longest I have ever waited for general maintenance was an hour which has been amazing compared to the two to three hour oil changes I have waited through at other dealerships. Thank you!
