As in all my previous year's annual services, I can easily see how well trained their personnel are and how they are all pulling in the same direction - customer focus seems to be everywhere, even a friendly greeting by their General Manager! This staff makes you feel like they actually value you as their customer, which is a nice feeling. My wife and I trust Nemer to take care of our valued Passat.

From the moment we walked in till the moment we drove out was very professional, very helpful very good communication.
