Quick and friendly

I had my car towed to Nemer VW. It was my first experience with the dealership. Mike Green was very friendly and professional and kept me informed during all stages of the repair. He pushed to get my car done when I needed it. I will definitely be returning.

Everything went well, with a few exceptions. Calculation for loan rate didn't match what I found using online calculators, off by about $1/month. Odd. Some of the paperwork was not provided - we weren't given the loan account number, making online account setup a pain. Ran our credit twice. A "VW" corporate decision - decided not to include a level 1 charge cord with an electric car, seems pretty fundamental! ID.4 Drives nice. Comfortable.

Had a great experience purchasing my new to me 2019 Mazda CX-3, Kristian is a great salesman who didn't try any classic salesman tactics on me, let me come and go at my own pace and was willing to haggle on the price a little bit! Unfortunately though, on the first day of owning it I heard some noises in the wheels but Travis from service got me right in and they got everything all fixed up. There was some more wheel noise going on a couple days later and Travis got me right back in this morning to check it all out and make sure I was good to go. After my last purchase from a different dealership back in early 2020 I wasn't going into this with high hopes but the service at Nemer has been pretty superb so far and exceeded my expectations. Nemers Auto Group is most professional Automobile Sales organization I have ever done business with. I had carefully researched many auto dealers in a large geographic area to figure out who provides the best all around customer service and satisfaction. Hands down it is Nemers. As a car buyer, I’m primarily interested in trusting whom I’m doing business with. Most Auto dealerships fail very quickly in that department, in a lot of little ways. Nemers outshines all of their competitors. Nemers’ professionals begin trust building the minute you ask for information. In my case this was via internet. Within minutes Tracy was already contacting me by phone to set up an appointment for me based on what I told her I wanted. I had a four hour drive to get there and I knew it was worth it the minute I arrived. The Dealership building and lot shows that it’s a family business, and that they take extreme pride in caring for the facility’s appearance. It was immaculate. The inventory was spotless, the detail pros take a lot of pride making the cars look their best. The second I entered the busy showroom, Jim immediately greeted me at the door, and got me linked with me Sales Professional David Doohan. He had the car I wanted ready to test drive. The discussion about the car told me that David knows the VW product, and he knows the inventory. He had the correct answers to all my questions. I really appreciated the fact that the dealership made sure all its vehicles were really immaculate upon taking a test drive. Gives the customer a lot of trust and confidence in who they’re doing business with. Price was perfect, and I was able to get the paperwork done in time for me to take the car that day. Not only that, but David took my rental back to Hertz so I didn’t have to make a second trip. NEMERS is a big TEAM effort. Everyone is doing their best at all times. I dealt with Nemers Team members from every department during my visit, and it was 100% the same with everyone: cheerful, professional, and very helpful. I would recommend to everyone they do their car buying business with Nemers. It does not get any better than this.

Pam was amazing, good communication.

I was worried going into this that it was going to be a hassle, with no clear solution to a weird situation. The shifter in my ‘22 GTI had popped up and come disconnected on several occasions, though never with me driving. The first service advisor was not great…but not so horrible that I need to go into all that. However, Pam (sorry I don’t know her last name) saved the day on the whole experience. When I picked up the car, she had a clear explanation of exactly what had been happening and how the recall fixed it. Faith restored. Thank you, Pam.

Service was great but the loaner car looked like the interior had been flooded and ran rough. It wasn't a pleasant experience driving it. I don't need a loaner to be flashy but it should be clean and functional. Reflects poorly on the dealership.

Service manager, Travis, took good care of me. Explained everything as we went along, found me a loaner car when it was obvious that the repairs would not be finished that day. Gave me an estimate as to what jeeded to be fixed as well as pricing for the repairs.

I have been going to Nemer for 5 years and I love it there. I’ve been to other VW dealerships and they don’t compare. I’ve gotten two cars from them and go there for services. I always feel like they have my best interest in mind. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!

I always call Pam to help book my appointments. She keeps track of my maintenance and finds me an early in the day appointment. The waiting room is comfortable and I am able to get my real estate work done while waiting. I am usually in and out within an hour. This works for me and my busy schedule. Staff is friendly and efficient.
