Great selection of new & used cars. Had exactly what we were shopping for. Great young salesman helped us through the process (Mr Samuels). Went from test drive to owning in 2 days time!! Would recommend without hesitation. My only "negative" would be that not all of the transaction was handled as closely as it should have been- a couple of paperwork issues remained, and a couple of "certified pre-owned inspected" issues had been overlooked. (as we went to leave there was a low battery warning for a key fob, and we discovered a bulge in a sidewall of a tire that was missed!) Over all- super pleased with our "new to us" vehicle...and the process as a whole.

I would like to thank Michael Greene in the service department for helping me and my wife out with our 2018 Tiguan. We are loyal VW customers and have always serviced them with our Dealer in Cherry Hill Volkswagen in Southern New Jersey. The issue, however, was that we had got some bad gas on our trip to see our son in Schenectady and the lights went blazing on our poor Tig. I stopped in on a Friday to inquire about how to go about the end of my lease and to find out more options moving forward. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David who was excellent at talking me through my options and what to do next. I told him what I was interested in and he found me the perfect car to lease next! The process was so smooth and simple I honestly didn’t believe it. But 3 hours later I left with a new car! David and another wonderful coworker stayed late after hours to make sure I could leave the lot with my new car! Such a great experience!

Update 2023! We returned to nemer last weekend to work with Paul again, however he was sick. We worked with Donte and Matt-the sales manager. We worked a deal on a brand new 2023 jetta GLI autobahn! Again would absolutely recommend these folks! Update: we returned today to work with Paul. He was incredibly responsive, respectful, helpful and just all around a great member of the nemer team. After visiting four other dealerships. We returned and were able to come to a great deal. Absolutely no stress or pressure by the sales department or finance. This is our first time buying a VW car. Me and my family are mostly a Toyota or Honda fan. But my daughter found Nemer VW and met Archie and fell in love with the car. Not only it’s a gorgeous car, it’s also has a lot of safety features that’s good for a college student. And not only that, it fits perfect on our budget. I'll tell you this. If vw doesn't find me a tiguan 23 fully loaded, I'll be checking subaru. The lack of tiguans, all wheel drive, is disgraceful Nemer VW Latham NY

The service was great with a few hiccups. They lost the title to my trade and I had to drive back there a few days later and then told me they found it. They forgot to register my new car with DMV until the day before my temp ran out then told me they would bring me my title but didn’t as I sat home waiting for them. Over all the salesman Ahmed was great very friendly and not pushy. I do recommend them. Just be on top of them with paperwork.

Jake provided excellent customer service after I experienced a car accident. He was able to get me into a new car within 48 hours. I would recommend Jake to anyone that I talk to about my Volkswagen Tiguan!
