Someone was checking in after every visit to ensure I received a great experience or asked what could be done to improve. I specifically worked with Archie, who was fantastic! He was super relaxed, helpful, transparent, answered all my questions thoughtfully. He was very informative about pricing/inventory for leases specifically. He even showed me features on my old car (from a different vw dealer) I had no idea even existed. From start to finish I was so impressed. The staff at Nemer are knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a pleasure doing business with them. Shawn who drives me to my work when I drop a car off for service is awesome. I couldn’t ask for anything more from the dealer.

He listened to me through the process of determining what I was looking to pay and helped me reach those goals so that I could confidently go through with the purchase.
