Archie helped out my husband and I with getting our new Atlas and made the process a breeze. There were no cringey, stereotypical sales pitches to be heard. You could tell that Archie genuinely cared about making sure we left with what suited our family best. I had a minor issue with my vehicle (not any fault of Nemer) and immediately Archie made sure that right at the cusp of closing that my vehicle got sent to the service department and me and my kids got put into a loaner so we weren't stranded for the night. He has communicated with me about every step in the process of my new vehicle with insurance etc, and let me know what is going on with the repair on my car. I'm never in the dark or wondering what's happening or what to do next. He's made everything so easy. I cannot recommend them enough. We sent our friends there as well and they even bought a new Atlas too. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and welcoming. If I need a new car in the future I know exactly where to go first. Every other dealership in the area needs to up their game, because we went to almost every single one that day and NONE of them came close to the hospitality and service we received from Archie. Very simple and easy car buying experience. They made it possible to just test drive, get a fair price and then settle up. Much smoother than a lot of competitors where I don’t want the back and forth of price negotiation. Nemer Martin VW just gave me a competitive price and took the foolery out in the middle. This dealership is too small for modern vehicle service space. It's in a bad location. Hard to get in and out. They took their time getting my vehicle serviced.

Breath of fresh air sums up my experience at Nemer. I purchased a 2024 Taos with Jacob Hisert and Brad Rose's assistance. First "wow" was the vehicles shown on the website were on the lot with the same features and pricing. Second "wow" was the offer of a test drive that had no pressure or strings attached. Jacob was professional and relaxed at the same time. Charming without trying to be. So, when it came to agreeing a deal, he never left me without an explanation of where he was going, what he was doing and about how long it would take. Wow.

Bought a new Atlas from Mike Mormile & Brian Pulsifer. They made the process so easy. I never even went into the dealership until I was ready to pick up. Their wasn’t back and fourth hounding them for a lower price. They gave me the best price first to save me time. I was looking at Cooley and they had the same car with 8k miles, for double the money down and almost double the payment. I got a brand new vehicle at Nemer and my payment didn’t go up at all. They also gave me the best price for my trade in, as I checked with several dealerships. Highly recommend!
