First huge shout out to Kasey!!! I was trying to sell my car here and couldn’t find the title, she continued following up with me until I got it in the mail. Whole process went super smoothly!! Jacob in sales was super helpful! I was in and out with bill of sale in hand all under an hour. Sad to see my first car go but I got a fair offer and great customer service. Couldn’t recommend them enough!! While I’m a Jeep gal at heart, I’d happily buy from here!

This car buying experience has been one of the best experiences by far. I’d been looking at cars for a while but nothing really stood out to me and the interest rates aren’t so good right now. When I saw Volkswagen was doing 0% interest for 60m financing I decided to stop in. Mike was absolutely great. We spoke about my current car what I liked and what I didn’t. I had a million and one questions and he was very patient, understanding, and answered every question I had. Unlike other dealerships where they’re very pushy on all the extra packages and warranties, this dealership was not. Mike was very funny, transparent with everything, and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I went in Wednesday after work and picked the car up Saturday afternoon. The whole process from start to finish was quick and painless. Even after getting the car Mike still makes time to answer any questions I have when I text him. I would definitely get a vehicle from them again!

My experience with Nemer previously was good, but Jacob Hisert improved the service after my last experience. He worked with me and was able to clearly communicate all details and offerings. Moreover he was easy to reach which has been an issue in the past. Having a point of contact / account consultant carries a lot of value so this has a big weighting. Jacob is highly recommended and ensures you walk away with a competitive deal and quality service.

Good service at all the time in 2022 they purchased my car for a good amount To Show appreciation I least at 2022 Tajwan And then took my neighbor there to leave the same thing and I have a friend was taking my opinions. Also I took him there just because you have your service every time you go there until my car crashes 2023. This is the only issue that I have , they took the whole check for the car even the value was under the estimated price

We bought 2 cars in 2 months and Jacob H. was solid through both. We love the cars, but more; we work/live almost an hour away so it was a relief to get things done a little in person and a little remotely. Jacob was helpful, responsive, accommodating (he came in on a day off just because it was easier for us) and just plain nice. The purchase was quick and seriously the easiest we’ve done in years.
