The team at Nemer made our car buying experience simple, during a time when the process has become difficult in so many ways. They had the vehicle I was looking for available right away, and I was able to complete the process incredibly quickly and easy, without even having to leave my couch until the vehicle was ready to be driven off the lot. They were very upfront about all of my options, and made everything perfect down to the smallest detail. Keith Scianna James DeSantis really made this a streamlined and stress-free process.

I have the bumper to bumper extended warranty. $250 deductable as stated in paperwork (should have read it when purchased) makes the policy less valuable. I would not purchase it in the future because of the high deductible. Hundai from the get go is a better deal. Oh well it pays to do your homework!

We were traveling from the Adirondacks back home to RI and our car was giving us a CE light. We called Nemer while on the road and asked if they could help us out. Being that our local VW dealer was 2 weeks out for service it was a long shot, but lucky for us Mike was able to go a code scan for us and reset our CE light so we knew what was wrong and how to get back home safely.
