If you go to Nemer, request to see Noah if you want to have a professional non pushy experience. He helped me with all the questions i had. He was always in a good mood, very outgoing, amazing attitude, professional. Overall he mad a really good impression and such a nice experience.

I brought 3 cars previously but they wouldn’t give the car I wanted so I went to another dealership and I’m in a new vw. But Nemer didn’t help me get the car so I won’t buy a vw from them.

My entire experience with Nemer was more than I could have hoped for. I was very nervous to buy a new car after 10 years of being car-less, but every aspect was made comfortable by their amazing staff, in particularly Archie. He listened to and addressed any concern I might have had, while never making me feel pressured. Above and beyond overall. I recommend 5/5! Thank you for everything!!

Not even sure where to start. Besides the cat on the new truck being stolen night before pick up everything else could have been avoided. 1. Was supposed to be picking up truck and they didn’t start the “detail” 15 after 4 when I was supposed to get truck at 4 2.The only spot I asked to be cleaned wasn’t touched 3.Had to pay more for registration because I “didn’t use there bank” 4. Hearing “that truck finally sold” other guy “that was the truck that” sales guy cut him off and goes yes it finally sold”. 5.DIDNT EVEN LEAVE CHECK ENGINE AND SERVICE STABILITY TRAC CAME ON “my manager said it’s ok to drive not a sorry or anything 6.me and my bank got a purchase agreement that was 1000$ cheaper and when I asked why “o that was just to see if are bank would approve it at that I could go on and on OUT OF 18 vehicles this has been my worst experience HAS OVER 8 CODES!!

The Nemer service department is incredibly rude. Have had my car in for repairs that required numerous follow up visits. No apologies are ever given for inconveniences caused. Mistakes happen, but taking even just a little bit of credit for an error goes a long way and that is clearly not something the Nemer service department is willing to do.

Customer service in the service department is an absolute joke. They got a nail in my tire when making a simple service repair. And claimed no responsibility. Don’t go to or trust the service department.
