I recently purchased a 2021 Jetta SEL from Nemer. What a great experience! I live in the Syracuse area and none of the local dealerships had the color vehicle I wanted in the trim that I desired. I saw a posting for a red Jetta SEL at Nemer and immediately called to schedule an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Archie and the staff were 100% accommodating of my needs as an out of town shopper and I was able to drive that car off that lot the next morning. The Nemer staff effectively streamlined the process and made purchasing this car as quick and painless as possible. Archie and the folks at Nemer provided the most relaxed environment for buying a car that I have ever had (I am 39 years old). They were honest and upfront with everything and did not try to upsell me in the least. As always completely honest, efficient service... I had work that needed to be done and while there I asked that my brakes be checked after another shady place tried to tell me while mounting my winter tires to that I needed brakes and rotors. So relieved I didn’t listen and took my car to Nemer who told me I didn’t need brakes yet... I love that they are honest and not trying to sell you something you don’t need.
