Not a good experience. They programed a new key fob for me. Failing to tell me that, they can't just add the on to the car. They have to reprogram all the key fobs. So later that day, I find out now my remote starter doesn't work. Bring the car back & tell them the problem. They tell me I should have brought the key fob in for the remote starter Not I ask if I have to bring in all the remotes will they reprogram them?? They say sure for another $140.00 I was NOT happy !!!!

My oil change was so fast and Pam pointed out and had the leak in my tire fixed all in about 30 mins!! Best ever!!

I bought my first real car from Neemer back in 2016 when I was 19. Most salesmen would’ve taken advantage of someone in my shoes but I was able to get a good deal and had an overall great experience purchasing my first car. The salesman Archie was super helpful and had my best interest at heart, I even just went back to see him and he helped me buy my second car and I’m sure he might even sell me my third some day. The only way my wife and I could describe the experience we had working with Michael Archambault, or as everyone knows him, Archie, is that it was the single best customer service experience we have ever had. thank you so much to Seth N and his team there! Everyone there was super nice and i didn't feel pressured at all to look and test drive cars! Seth was super helpful with any questions i had! I just got a Tiguan from there and i love it! My husband is due for a new car by the end of the year and we will definitely be returning to Nemer!
