I respect the efforts they are making to maintain their level of service and the health and safety of their employees and customers. Extra barriers at service drop to maintain physical distancing. When I went into the dealership to wait, I was surprised to see no cars. The cars were replaced by more individual/ small group places to sit. I was very happy to have a small table to myself so I could work easily while I waited. Mike was great, caught that I was almost due for inspection so I could roll it in and save trip. I had some extra work done, and because it had been worked on previously unsuccessfully, Nemer shared the cost with me. To be fair, previously they had done no work on the issue as they couldn’t replicate the issue. Overall, a great experience again. We all wish it was shorter, but the fact that I can basically bring my car in once a year makes it hard to complain. It will be a few years, but excited to turn the GTI into a Golf R someday. Until then, proper service to the GTI at Nemer with friendly people like Mike.
