After a very long and disappointing journey trying to obtain a diesel particulate filter Sense 2018 for our 2013 VW Gulf we finally got one installed! The manager, and staff at Nemer vw. worked very diligently with vw corporate level customer care and Together they came to the conclusion that even though our Gulf was over the mileage limit for warrantee we had made enough attempts to have it replaced when our car was still covered under warrantee. that they replaced it at NO CHARGE to us!! We are sooo appreciative of such a kind and understanding act. I can hardly explain it!! especially at and during a time when we hear about so many big company’s taking advantage of and making huge profits off everyday people.
