Just had a terrific experience with the service department at Nemer Volkswagen. Pam was my service advisor, and while she was already busy with someone else, she was able to assist me immediately after, not ignoring a new customer the way many can and will do. I asked for an oil change, and in-spite of failing to bring in the online coupon, she still honored the discount for me, saving $10. Next, I inquired about a squeaking belt during a cold engine start. She had the mechanics check, later telling me that the belts look fine and that the overnight condensation on the belts was likely the culprit, avoiding an extra few hundred dollars of work. This service department could have easily told me that I should have replaced the belts, or not honored their online price, but altogether they displayed such a high level of integrity dealing with me. I'll be back for sure the next time I need VW service!

Was sent to Nemer by a mechanic from another dealership to repair an issue they were having trouble with. The Nemer service dept resolved the failures quickly and to the best of my knowledge correctly. Definitely recommend.

Lots of inventory, friendly salespeople, somewhat knowledgeable about the vehicles. Not the most easily accessible lot to get in and out of

estimated time of additional work discovered the morning of the appt. (4 recalls! on a 2019 Jetta) was done in 1/2 time time estimated. Awesome. but unfortunately a very important question regarding the function of standard transmission and the automatic emergency brake engaging on a hill causing repeated stalls was not addressed. i was offered to speak to a salesman. i have checked this issue online to be referred to videos on how a standard transmission works? been driving a standard for many many hears. have never driven anything as aggravating as this new jetta is with this automatic ebrake! could someone please please help!!!!

Made appt. for an oil change. Arrived maybe 5 minutes early and was taken right in. I no sooner got a cup of hot coffee that I was finished and ready to go. It's an oil change and it shouldnt take that long but..... it actually worked out that way! :25 in and out!! Friendly, courteous and quick.

Service was as I requested and completed in timely fashion. I had 4 new tires installed and balanced along with an alignment- however the TPMS - tire pressure monitoring system, was not reset. Should be done after a new tire install.
