Professional and courteous. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Came in to service a Tiguan for an 80,000 mile check up, as well as, a rattle noise over bumps on the passenger side. After market pads and rotors had been installed elsewhere, but were not installed correctly. Tensioner clip was bent, not keeping the brake pads secure. Nemer identified the issue and did a courteous fix at no charge. Top-notch service and quality technicians, advisors and staff. Thank for the safety check! Would definitely recommend Nemer for anything VW.

No other dealership I have been to offers the level of customer care and personalized service that Nemer does. It’s like Cheers walking in - everyone knows my name, and they’re always glad I came. I have been provided the managers vehicles on numerous occasions to run errands or as a loaner while my vehicle is getting serviced. Always a treat getting to drive different cars! Since the dealership we bought two cars from in Oneonta NY closed down It’s been hard finding good car services from other Volkswagon dealerships. This one is much more reliable and honest. They were timely and Courteous. I would definitely return and recommend Nemer Volkswagon dealership.

My experience at Nemer far exceeded anything I could have hoped for when purchasing a car. Adam, the service rep, and the shuttle driver (Bruce, I believe) we’re both very pleasant. Brought my vehicle there unexpectedly when I got to work and noticed I had a punctured tire. They were able to plug the tire for a fair price, and subsequently handled my car inspection which was due by the end of the month.
