First, let me say this is the first time I’ve felt relaxed when buying a new car. We scheduled a test drive and communicated that we were not in the buying stage yet and that was respected. Our sales consultant Paul Rifenburgh was extremely easy going, helpful in suggesting a car that would meet our needs, and did not hard sell us the day we test drove. We ultimately came back after completing test drives with other dealers and made our purchase. It was a smooth transaction and everyone we interacted with was wonderful. If you want to have a laid back car buying experience-this is the place to go!
