Nemer has been servicing my car for the last 3 years. I’ve had several issues with my car and they’ve always gone above and beyond. Today in particular, Pamela went above and beyond to keep me from having to make unnecessary costly repairs as I’m nearing the end of my lease term. Pamela is professional, kind and knowledgeable! I will continue to use Nemer as long as I have a VW.

We had a great experience at Nemer Volkwagen from the moment we arrived. No high pressure, pushy tactics. Just great assistance, education and helpfulness. We worked with Paul Rifenburgh who was excellent. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and interested in getting us exactly what we needed. I expect we'll do more business here in the future!

You should not force a customer to create a Google Account to rate your employees!!!! There lots of other services to use. I would NOT have spent this much time if my service advisor was not exceptional! His name is Mike Greene. He was sympathetic and helpful to me today. He went out of his way to ease my pain as I had to spend $1000 today!
