Friendly staff, easy drive-in drop off. Customer wait area not as well appointed or as large as more modern dealerships, but it's cozy bordering on cramped.

I recently switched to Nemer after deciding I wanted to service my VW at a dealership. I went in for an oil change today, and being so busy with the holidays I didn't even realize I was up for reinspection as well. They went ahead and did the inspection for me, did the oil change, and it was great. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. I just got the service I asked for plus something I obviously needed. They were a bit busy, but they have a comfy waiting area with wifi. I am happy I decided to go with Nemer, and I intend on sticking with them for any future service needs.
