Andrew Lovely was excellent. He wasn’t a pushy salesman as some people like myself don’t like. Didn’t try to put me in a vehicle that he liked, he went with what I picked. Everything was tended to very quickly. Dave Wood is new to finance with Nemer and did a marvelous job. Second vehicle I have purchased from them and would in the future

I wouldn’t recommend going there for service. I would give my experience a 2/5. 1* for doing the work (oil change and NYS inspection) 1* for not trying to sell me stuff I don’t need. What I don’t appreciate is greasy finger prints all over my white car, inside and outside. It takes 2 seconds to wipe your hands before smearing them all over my car. There was a nice new scratch on the inside door well. And to make things even nicer, they did probably the worst scraping of the old inspection sticker I have seen. Instead of wiping it down, they just stuck the new sticker over it and didn’t clean it up. I’ll take my service elsewhere, especially for the prices.

Don't make customers travel an hour and a half for a car then say that don't have that car in the entire Northeast. There is nothing worse than wasting people's time, money, and energy.
