Paul, Nick and Keith are the best!!!! They made it all happen and did it with sincere care. They put my needs and concerns first. Thank you for all of your efforts. You cannot get that kind of care from any other dealership. What is really nice is this continues after you leave the lot. I would give 10 stars if I could. Typically I don't write online reviews, but just had a great experience at Nemer today when I returned my leased vehicle. I didn't even get a new one (since I'm moving to another city), but the service was just excellent. Bob went above and beyond in his efforts...Didn't think you could get this kind of service at a dealership. Definitely going to these guys again when I move back!

I received a few reminders of my appointment which was nice. I enjoy the after hours key drop-off - very convenient. Service was done in a timely manner and my car was as clean as when I dropped it off.

I had some warranty items that were taken care of. It required some investigation and troubleshooting. The team was fantastic, kept me in the loop with what they found and their progress and worked around my busy schedule. My family and I are very appreciative to the technicians and customer reps that took care of us!!

Archie went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with the car buying process and was able to find us a vehicle that had everything we wanted in it.
