Ok until last minute confusion in financing. Just delayed things. Otherwise the experience was satisfactory

As usual, Nemer's timeliness and efficiency had me in, out, and on my way to my next task for the day. They did not even bark because I was 10 minutes early.

Staff is always nice and accommodating. (No pushy sales person either). I never have a problem making an appointment to get my car service. Service team always seem honest. I always make my appointments through the website which I like. I already have in mind what my next vw I'm going to get

The dealership is always great.. Especially Mike Brown who always takes good care of me. Unfortunately, they failed to diagnose ($110) any issue with my car saying "everything checked out" despite the warning notice that appeared on my media screen and that the battery was 6 yrs old. My car battery died as soon as I got it home. Without the battery, the car's locks do not work as its a pushbutton/fob system. When I called the dealership at 5:15. I was told how to unlock it and it was clear it was the battery. I was told I had to get it back to the dealership and given a tow service they use - this would be at my expense. They did offer shuttle service so I didn't have the expense of a cab. I called AAA in the morning, they came to 15 min. Got the car started, did the diagnostic (free), replaced out my battery, redan the diagnostic (free) to make sure everything was optimal. The cost of battery was the same as the dealership quoted. It's also important to note, this is the 2nd time I have gotten my car back from the dealership that the light gray rugs and seats have been solved by the people working on it.. I will have to pay now to have them steamed clean.

Nemer has such amazing customer service! I needed an oil change but also realized that my AC wasn’t working; I had purchased my VW Golf Sportwagen new in September 2017 and so didn’t have a need for AC until recently. Nemer promptly fixed it for me (it was under warranty) and were awesome throughout the whole process. I needed a shuttle to work when I dropped my car off to have the AC fixed and they had a very polite and friendly driver all set to go as soon as I dropped off my car this morning. I am so happy that I purchased my car from Nemer and will surely be a Nemer customer for life after this terrific service experience as well. Thank you very much!

I have been a customer of Nemer VW for 3 years, and I just signed my second lease with Nemer this past week. I wanted to take a minute to share the experience I had with Archie. A few months ago I met Archie when my fiancé came in to look at Jetta. From the very first time we met Archie he was incredibly professional, accommodating, friendly, and honest. My fiancé is a volunteer firefighter, and we are also both social workers. He put in extra hours, talked to me on the phone and through text regularly, and answered any questions I had. Archie has honestly given me the best customer experience I have ever had. I switched to Nemer VW this year, and I will say this was the best decision I have made regarding my car. Travis and Bruce have made my experience non stressful and they continuously go out of their way to make sure my appointments go smoothly, and make sure I can drop off my car and pick it up at my convenience. Service is prompt and they always make sure to reach out to me regarding updates on my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I called to get warranty service for my Golf that was having some engine issues. An appointment was offered right away. Got a call that the issue was fixed along with a couple of recall issues which VW had not even notified me about. Very happy with the service department.

Fast service for an oil change and fluid top off, even without an appointment. Travis is very organized, helpful and explains everything to you.
