I’ve recently had LASIK surgery with Dr. Chu and I HIGHLY recommend him, his nurses, his staff, and his facility. I felt completely taken care of from the first consultation all throughout until my follow up day after surgery appointment. 100% class act, and would recommend to anyone who is considering LASIK.

This was the easiest procedure I have ever done. Everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly. The whole office runs so efficiently. They don’t waste any time but I never felt hurried. There was absolutely no pain at any point throughout the whole procedure. I was completely comfortable all the time.

As someone who has anxiety about medical procedures, and the doctor in general, the Chu Vision team made LASIK such a joyful and well worth it experience. The whole team from beginning to end had such a calm and warm demeanor. They made sure no question goes unanswered and make the LASIK process easy to understand. I truly felt so secure with my decision to do lasik after meeting and talking to everyone there. The healing process is what surprised me the most, no pain and at 100% 24 hours later seemed like a stretch to me but they were right! Collin and Ella were especially amazing and so thankful for them for answering every question and being so thorough throughout the process.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Throughout the process, the care team’s attention to detail was superb. The treatment plan instructions (re evaluations, pre-op & post-op procedures) were succinct and easy to follow. The results are that my distance vision is better than it was 30 years ago, and instead of seeing colors that are dull and grayish, I now see vibrant hues.

I had a smooth, personal and successful experience from Chu Vision Institute from the very beginning until my procedure was complete. I had the light adjustable lens replacement that corrected my vision. Every single staff member from greeting to reception to Office to technician to Dr. Chu himself are friendly, positive, professional, supportive, clear and efficient. Every visit was a pleasure and they respected me and my time. The costs were accurate and explained up front and and everyone was a pro for every step of the way. The whole experience was very positive. I cannot recommend.Chu Vision Institute enough...seriously this is the place you need to go cataracts, lens replacement, laser surgery etc. Very pleased!! Oh and my vision is now 20/20. I will never have cataracts due to having this procedure done...and my night driving vision is excellent. Priceless!

Best decision I ever made! Wish I would have done this sooner. I hated glasses so I never wore them, instead I wore contacts but misused them by NEVER taking them out except to change them every 6 months or so. The staff is amazing n easy to take to as well as Dr. Chu truly cares about you. If it on the fence about doing it, don't be, just do it!

My eyesight after cataract surgery is nothing short of miraculous. I selected Light Adjustable Lenses so that they could be adjusted to my particular needs. I now have both near and distant vision without glasses - after years of coke-bottle glasses and astigmatism. Dr. Chu and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They were patient and supportive in helping make decisions. I refer to Dr. Chu as the “Miracle Worker”. Thank you for helping me see more clearly than I ever have in my life.
