My my experience at the Chu Institute was amazing from start to finish. I had cataract surgery in both eyes, one week apart. All doctors, nurses and staff members are knowledgeable, professional and very welcoming. The fact that Dr. Chu takes the time to meet with each of his patients ahead of time really made me feel important and well taken care of. I am so happy I chose them for my surgeries and now for my aftercare. Highly recommended!!

Top notch, went from legally blind to not needing glasses at all and that was under the basic lens plan. I know it doesn't guarantee the same results for you but chu is the only place where the odds of having the same out come are in your favor

The chu vision institute was the best place to go for lasik surgery. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone else! The entire process was so quick and easy and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lasik procedure itself only took about 5 min. They give you all the info you need prior to getting this done and what to expect. The instructions for post-procedure eye drops is easy to follow. Dr. Chu was super nice and easy to work with. He made sure to answer any questions I had prior to having the procedure done and he was very reassuring during the procedure. Loved this place!

I had cataract surgery and light adjustable lens. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Chu and his entire staff. They are so thorough, professional, kind and caring. Dr. Chu runs a top notch facility. I had the pleasure of working with Dr Heckman, she was so patient with my care, concerns or questions. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated if you are their only patient, despite the packed waiting room. Every nurse, staff member is so welcoming treating you with such a high degree of respect. I wanted the best as I suffer from extreme dry eyes. Dr. Chu lives up to his world renowned reputation. He and all his staff were outstanding! I am so grateful for the care I received and my fantastic eye outcome. Beyond thankful for Dr. Chu and his entire staff.

Wonderful service from start to finish - the entire logistical process was smooth, easy, professional. You are in good hands with Dr. Chu. I was scared after reading/signing the paperwork and Dr. Chu was quick to assure me he has never had a patient who has lost eye sight :) would highly recommend Dr. Chu!

So pleased with everything! Great staff, all very pleasant and helpful. Everything was great from the greater at the door to reception, nurses, all the staff. Dr Chu was very kind and made you feel at ease as did the other Doctors. I highly recommend Chu vision. Procedure was easy and painless - follow up care as well.

Everything was wonderful, but I did wait an awfully long time when I was in for the right eye. I was there at 6:20 and did not have surgery until almost 7:30. My eyes are doing great and my far vision has improved greatly.
