World’s worst service. Waited over 45 minutes for a simple plate of scrambled eggs. Ended up leaving before it even arrived. Slowest service ever. Hostess has an awful attitude. Tried contacting a manager and supposedly there was none. Avoid at all costs.

They need to work on the amount of salt they put in their food. Cool place but their chicken tortilla soupis extremely salty to a point that it is not enjoyable or edible for some unless you’re into salty food—do not order that soup try something else.

The place was marketed as being friendly to people with allergies. (Allergic to dairy) Reserved a table for 2 with the notes birthday. Got a confirmation call the day of wondering if i will make the reservation i said yes. The level of professionalism was welcomed. We get there and i ask the waiter for the dessert menu in addition to the regular menu. We let the waiter know the pace of the meal we want. 'We will order our entree, then we will order our desert and after that we will order an espresso.' The gf and i decide we are going to each to have our own desert and will share an entree together. We order our entree and ask that some of the items that have dairy on them be served on a separate plate (for the gf she is not allergic). It was great . Time to order the desert. There is only 2 dairy free options, ice cream and cookies or a pie. In fact we looked at the menu before even arriving with our minds set on this. I don't often eat imitation dairy so this was a very special treat. We both order the ice cream and cookies and get told 'We currently don't have the vegan ice cream in right now we have only regular ice cream'......... That is the same as not having the f- item on the menu! We should have been told when we asked for the dessert menu that ' hey of your 2 dairy free options we only have one right now.' Because yeah we have left right then and there! And yes it was my birthday.

Very disappointed. I dont want to bring race into this but me and my family felt racially discriminated here. Me and my brother were waiting at the entrance of the restaurant waiting for someone to come assist us to our seats since its customary for restaurant workers to show us to our seats. We waited for a really long time but even with the restaurant being open on all sides and workers frequently walking around, no one decided to help us even after seeing us standing there. We waited it out a bit more but then gave up and went to the restaurant beside it (Joes seafood, prime steak and stone crab) which served us really well. But the reason we felt discriminated was because after we left and sat at Joe's, another family of a different race walked up to true food and was immediately assisted. Seeing the difference in hospitality was disappointing, but Joe's on the other hand had amazing service and that helped comfort us. We dont know if it was just plain ignorance but either way I hope this review is checked and the same doesn't get repeated with other families.

Made my party wait outside before being seated. “We don’t allow unfull parties to enter.” Even though we were only missing 3/8 people and had a reservation ‍♂️. There was no point In making us wait - we could have bought food and drinks. Their loss, our time I suppose.

I would first off like to say that this business is magnificent in it’s decorum, food pairings, and cocktail selection. However, the staffs attitude that they bring to work should be more positive and inspiring. I understand there are many guests needing your undivided attention, but at least an effort to try to prioritize which guests need to be pampered and which ones need their orders in a timely fashion. I practically eat there every weekend and yes my $5 tips may seem miserly but I consistently tip. There are a employees that have shown examples of negative energy in the serving environment. Very short over the phone, and bar service ignores you for about a good three or four minutes before even asking how are you, I’ll be right with you. There’s no sense of urgency and I would hate to see an amazing business with beautiful food shut down because of the arrogance of their staff members. On three occasions I have made pick up orders and have patiently waited for 15 minutes while looking at my brown bag with my name incorrectly misspelled on the front on the bar table across from me, as servers and bar tenders walk pass it, look but never ask is this person here? has someone helped you? a very cold, stern, and tasteless environment. Do better please, if you want to continue to be successful. Thank you.

Was visiting from out of town and had a horrible experience with the service…which after waiting for literally an hour to be seated even tho they clearly had available tables then to receive bad service it was totally not acceptable! I emailed the Gm regarding the service horrible service we received “he offered” to make amends but never heard from him again.. Sounds a lot like the service I received that day! Took our order and never returned to the table : /

1 star for terrible service and food prep. Basically this place is a place you can sit down and order on your phone like uber eats and the runner will drop your food off. Want water good luck, want your proper order or a condiment good luck. I actually walked into the kitchen and got my own teriyaki sauce that i asked the runner for when he dropped of our food that was missing it. Bottom line is if you want overpriced food that you have to order yourself and basically serve yourself and our forced to leave a 18% tip on your phone that you order and pay on this is your place.
