I was dining here that day in forum shops and I went shopping I came one hour later and ask if I can use a restroom bc it’s right next to valet where I park my car and he said no, we had bunch of weirdos coming here asking to go to toilet, talking like I’m one of the weirdos. I said I was here earlier he said sorry that a policy. How rude!!!! Ppl like this should not work In hospitality industry especially in Vegas. I work for casino and I know that talking like this to any customer is against any “policy” Not coming back here or at any other location

Ordered the Tuna Tostada and the Korean Steak. The first red flag was no question on how I wanted the steak. The tuna tostada was probably the single worst item I've had in a restaurant. Tuna was served raw like it was for sushi, had bits of avocado, and served on a triscuit. The Korean Steak had little to probably no seasoning but at least was edible compared to the previous appetizer. Server did not refill our drinks.

The worst thing that happened to us during our vegas trip is dinner at this place. After reading good reviews about this place we decided to have our dinner at True food kitchen but it turned out to be a nightmare. 1) We saw our server only twice, once when we ordered the food and second time when we were to pay the bill. No water was offered .. no questions on how was the food or if we wanted something else .. not even was Jason ( our server) interested in asking for any refills for drink. 2) Our server when we were ordering food asked us if we would like tofu , chicken or some other options in our main dish. Only when the bill arrived we saw that the options were charged extra. He need to at least let us know it’s an additional cost before offering. 3) Now coming to food taste, none of us were able to eat / finish the food thanks to the bland taste. 4) icing on the cake was the server almost forced us to give 20% tip. Obviously we sited our reasons, just out of courtesy I offered him something minimum, given the service and bad experience I felt like not even offering anything. Ignore the place at any cost !

The General Manager handled the situation very poorly with the two ladies harassing the host. Customers are not always right. Do better!

The manager and the GM here are awful human beings and have zero compassion for their employees. Do not work or dine here and support them. They allowed 2 women to harrass one of their employees and attempted to shut her up by threatening her.

Had reservations for a large party, when they called to confirm, they asked if anyone in our party had an allergy. I informed them that one person has an allergy to sesame. When we ordered we again told them that one of the people has an allergy to sesame. Several of the appetizers had sesame seeds mixed in. This caused our foreign guest to have an allergic reaction severe enough for him to need to use his only epi-pen. He will now have to pay out of pocket to purchase another epi-pen here in the US which will end up costing him well over $300 USD out of pocket. No manager came to our table. No one really apologized other than the server that nearly killed him and kept offering him soda water to deal with his life threatening allergic reaction. No accomidations were made at all. Will never recommend this place to any further of our company's visitors or to any of my local friends.

The video of the two women that disrespected one of the hosts at this restaurant has surfaced and it is disgusting that restaurant management didn't back their employee. After the host was disrespected by patrons, the manager attempted to discipline the employee for standing up for themself. As if that wasn’t awful enough, then the general manager contacts an off duty employee to come in to replace the host that was clocked in during the incident. Restaurant management should be ashamed and embarrassed by their behavior! The work environment seems terribly toxic and I would recommend spending your money anywhere but here.

I’ve seen the video of the two ladies mistreating the host (young black women), management didn’t have her back. GM tried to sneak another host in to send that young women home when she rightfully stood up for herself. Seems like a toxic work environment. I hope she quit. She deserves better.

I was excited to eat here on my upcoming trip, but to see how you are threatening to hush an employee that was verbally assaulted and racially targeted by customers is disgusting. As a business you should have your employees backs when they are being berated and targeted, instead you threaten to sue that poor worker for bringing attention to the situation. Can't support any business that treats their employees like that, do better.
