I ordered the "Mandi me with joy" set for Christmas dinner. Everything is nice especially the pita chips, cinnamon date cake and potato gratin. They are addictive. Besides, they delivered on time and packed well even though was rainy day.

Ordered the Deck of Hall set for my Christmas Eve Dinner.
The Mandhi Rice was good, I liked it very much.
The Whole Roasted Chicken was a bit dry, would be nice it was more juicer and more tender. And it was supposed to come with some greens, but I did not receive the greens.
Overall the rest of the other dishes was ok.

I ordered the Palestinian and Syrian cuisine. Overall the food was ok...something different from what I normally prepare.
I would have preferred the lamb to be a little pink on the inside but I understand the need to make sure no one gets sick & blaming it on the food.
Another thing is, it would've been nice if everything was labelled as I'm not familiar with these cuisines. I was not careful when I took it out of the containers to reheat/ plate, so it got mixed up.

Unfortunately we were a bit late to order the more popular menu like the lamb shank which was sold out very early. The subsequent menu that we ordered was good with slight exception that the roast chicken was a bit ordinary. However, the experience was good with efficient service and prompt response.

Had an opportunity to try the food here yesterday when my company ordered it for us. It was an adventure for me as I've never tried this kind of food before, nevertheless the food is tasty. I'm not familiar with this kind of food but would recommend those who wants to try healthy food.

My employers often cater from Picha Eats when having company events and get togethers, and I have found the food consistently good, tasty, and with generous portions. Food or dessert, i would not hesitate to order from them. What makes me feel even better abt patronising them is that they help the less fortunate as part of their brand.

Ordered Mona's Palestinian set. The chicken and rice were super delicious. There were 5 of us and it was more than enough. I did add my own fresh salad to complement the meal.

Ordered the spicy chicken wings which came in 3 levels of spiciness. Level 3 was seriously next level and my mouth and stomach nearly died .

Didnt expect such tasty food and suitable for our palette. Portions were good for the prices we paid. Deliver was on time and everything from ordering to payment and delivery, all went well. One thing to improve would be to label which food comes as part of which set - would have been helpful. We ordered from 3 diff families and we were not sure which pack went with which set. Will definitely order again.

The Chicken Fatteh was a star dish amidst lots of other treats. It was very tasty with some texture and nutty flavour to savour. Nice touch of having to assemble it ourselves as well. The vegetarian pumpkin curry was delicious.

The good: Food was good. As for the service, the team was very responsive towards my queries and quite flexible and understanding when I had to change the delivery dates due to unexpected circumstances.
The not-so-good: They had my order wrong the first time around. I received 30 chicken dumplings instead of 15 spinach and 15 chicken dumplings as previously requested. Although they admitted their mistake, I was denied a compensation when I asked for one. After sharing that my vegetarian colleagues were not able to eat much because of the wrong order, they eventually compensated by giving me the right order the second time around, without any charge. I am thankful for that. As for the delivery itself, it arrived way earlier than expected even though I was specific with the timing but that is not a huge issue.

Simply amazing food. I really enjoyed the treat especially the dessert its really very addictive.
My suggestion I would like to share, I prefer peanut sauce for the nasi impit & satay ( Malaysian taste bud )
