Ordered the Valentine's day special and food was still warm when it arrived. Food was very neatly packed and portions were very generous. We enjoyed it. Glad to be able to make a real difference in someone's life while being able to enjoy a hearty meal.

We ordered the Palestinian Mini Set for 8-10pax. We could not finish the rice. There was a lot of rice but the other dishes were well proportioned. Flavour was good on the whole. The chicken was a little dry. Delivery was very prompt.

The delivery was right on time and the food was good too! Ordered it during TnG promotions. Really hope they could start delivering the food for individuals instead of in group as it would be more convenient. Other than that Im satisfied with the service.

Ordered the Chicken Mandy. I don’t eat chicken breast & Fiona was very kind to ensure that I got the leg part of the chicken. Apart from the late delivery, I was impressed with the personalized message that came with my order. Love the packaging. Of course love the food too! The chicken was so tender & the rice was perfectly cooked. As my posting in IG & FB - Cooked & delivered with ❤️. Looking forward to my next order. Thank you!

it would have been useful to have included a sheet with what the menu's were that we had chosen so we could explain to guests. also, those little name cards that were handed out at the pop up restaurant - our guests would have appreciated those instead of us having to say "google Picha Eats". having the stories on the lids is nice however once you remove them for serving, the guests don't see them.

I have ordered food from Picha Eats or eat it in different events a number of times and it never disappoints me. Food is simply delicious, cook with good and healthy ingredients and with the best flavors from middle east. I love the food the mission and values of this company and I can’t recommend it enough. My only suggestion for Picha is to keep working on reducing their waste impact. I ordered 10 shawarmas yesterday and today I have 10 little plastic boxes, used to bring the salad, that I don’t know what to do with. Would be great if Picha could find a more eco-friendly way to deliver food (maybe reusable containers that clients can return? Just an idea!). Thanks Picha!
