Today was my first visit and I was very impressed with everyone that worked there! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and answered any questions I had.
The waiting room is very nice and spacious and there are restrooms right there in the waiting room.
I checked in early and they right away took the x-rays and processed me through their system and I only waited for the doctor a very few short minutes once I was in a room.
The doctor was very friendly and answered any questions I had and also in a very professional manner so I felt confident in choosing him to do the shoulder surgery.

First visit to West. Reception ladies were wonderful. The nurses were wonderful. The PA was very understanding very nice. She listened to every word. I said she asked me if I had any questions or what she said. Makes sense. I’m so glad I went.. Would recommend this office to other people.

MD West One has the best team of Doctors and support staff my husband and I have ever received care from. I had back surgery with Dr S. Doran and my husband had brain surgery with Dr A. Gard. We highly recommend both! The whole office from receptionist to Nurses and P.A.s are caring, friendly and helpful. I have complete relief from my life long back pain and my husband’s 2 month post shunt placement shows great promise of recovery from NPH.

I don’t see how a medical appointment could be better. Reception was wonderful and accommodating, and the boss was filling in for someone in order to make things run smoothly. Bravo. (I wish the grocery stores would figure out that’s the way to make it work.) Dr. Bodendorfer was also excellent. Explained everything very carefully and then asked me if I had any questions. I had accidentally set the wrong time on my calendar and was 15 min. late. You’d expect to do some waiting for that or to feel like they were rushing you through, but he was very thorough, efficient and kind. Everyone was. This is the third time I have been a patient at MD West. An ankle and arm and this time my knee. They are first rate. I would never go anywhere else.

The receptionist was great at getting me in after I'd been in the ED the day before after a fall. Hayley, the PA is amazing! I'd seen her a couple years before for a knee injection. She thoroughly listened to me and explained everything. Dr otterberg hadn't changed in the couple of years since I'd seen him. Still so friendly and personable, while knowledgeable and able to explain and give me a plan for my injury. I felt so comfortable with him.

I was having some very painful symptoms and was able to see a PA within 2 days as a new patient. Everything was explained and didn’t have any problems getting there and got follow up X-rays right there. A plan for treatment was explained and for once i didn’t go home without any answers or help. Overall great experience so far and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility!

I had a great experience with MD West One.
It very easy to book my appointment online. My online booking supplied a confirmation and reminder on the day of the appointment.
Upon arrival, the checkin was fast and easy. Within minutes my name was called and I went for X-rays. The follow up with a PA to discuss my injury was very thorough.
Overall, the entire staff was very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend MD West One to anyone who has pain or Orthopedic issues.
