I was very impressed from check in to seeing Dr. Tiedeman. The medical staff was professional and didn't make me feel scared. Dr. Tiedeman answered all of my questions and I left feeling confident that my care would be excellent.

Pre-filling out forms saves time. The wait time to see the doctor is minimal in the waiting room and exam room. X ray staff and the person who is confirms why I am there are friendly and professional. The doctor is also friendly yet professional. In and out!

Saw Dr. Phillips for my 1year hip surgery anniversary appointment. Everything is going well and I would recommend anyone who wants quality orthopedic care to him. He’s very professional and knowledgeable and communicates well.

My visit at the MDWest One clinic on Farnam was fantastic! Was seen right away and Keith ((PA) spent 50 minutes with me! He took the time to explain everything in detail and discuss options! Everyone was efficient and easy to work with.

I have been a patient of Dr Gaffney for 3 years. He is exceptionally skilled and explains issues in a very clear and concise manner. He found a missed condition in my wrist that another wrist orthopedist totally overlooked. Although I personally don't advocate a proximal row carpectomy as a matter of course, Dr Gaffney is the surgeon I would recommend if one is needed. Thank you Dr. Gaffney. You are the best!

I got in for my appointment a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. Dr. Doran took the time to listen to my symptoms and ordered tests. Very friendly staff, nurse Lynne was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in the office. I feel comfortable about the plan for tests, then go from there depending on results.

I was, unfortunately, late for my appointment plus had an insurance issue that took some time to resolve. Despite this, they were accommodating and fit me into the schedule with kindness and understanding. All staff are very pleasant. I’ve seen several of the doctors here and what I appreciate most is that I never feel rushed during the appointment. The doctors and staff take their time to give good explanation, answer questions, and strive to help me feel comfortable.
