Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff are very efficient and friendly.
Barely had time to “get settled” in the waiting room when called to be escorted to exam room. My wait for the Dr. Schutt was less than 5 minutes. I had Dr. Schutt’s full expertise and attention during my office visit. MD West One excels in patient care.

The professional staff didn’t make me feel rushed. They answered all of my questions which included questions l wouldn’t have thought to ask. I was told there are four different ways to perform what I needed and they told me it was my choice not the surgeon’s
