12/17/24. Dr OTTERBERG is an excellent surgeon! Zero issues with both total knees about 6 years apart. Healed up great with no issues. Activity is active and strong again. Highly recommend! Thx you!
Professional, caring, timely. Dr OTTERBERG is amazing surgeon, and doctor. Very easy to have discussion with would recommend everyone who needs help with their knees . His staff is very helpful as well, especially with communication via online.

From the time we signed in to the moment we stepped out, we were met with the most friendly team. Although the office was busy, it didnt take longer than 15 min to see Dr Gaffney. He is a knowledgable Dr and even though it is a workman’s comp appointment, Dr. G is working for me as a patient rather than the insurance companies which is so hard to find these days. I would recommend midwest one to anyone in search of any of these specialists for excellent treatment and human to human interactions in a time of pain and anxiety.

The entire staff seemed to
work together. I was seen at my appointment time there was no wait. The Doctor took his time explained everything and seemed very knowledgeable. I I did have some difficulty with the preregistration
but that was a computer issue, not a personnel issue.

Dr Phillips portrays a caring and positive interaction with his patients. He is easy to communicate with and explains everything very thoroughly. Because of my experience I have had with my visits and surgery I have recommended him to a close friend whose surgery is scheduled in January.

MD West One has been great for my medical needs. Easy check in, plenty of room in the waiting room. My Nurse greeted me with a smile, and care. This is not always the case in todays healthcare environment.
Dr Bowdino, his PA, and nurse are highly knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. I would recommend anyone reading this to consider care at this location if you are looking for new, or second opinion Neuro Surgery care.
