I have seen more than one doctor here and it’s always the best. Today was the first time I saw Dr. McCarthy and I was not disappointed. MD West One always know how To make their patience, feel important, and like they actually care about their patients unlike other places. The sense of agency from the moments that you called to make an appointment even when it’s full to The time you go to go home.

I am so very glad I found Dr. Music. He is so caring and very great as a doctor and surgeon. He makes me feel like I’m his only patient but I know I’m not because of the many people going in and out of his clinic. Maria was his nurse today and she was very friendly and professional. The personnel in the Midwest Radiology center are excellent as well. I come from a rural area in Nebraska and have worked as a nurse in rural Nebraska. I like the personal care of the Rural facility and I feel everyone associated with MDWestOne gives that rural one-on-one care and appeal. Thank you all. I wish I would have found you to start with.

PA Angela is fantastic. The nurses and xray techs are great. My only issue was receptionist in 2 window checking me in was a little rude. No eye contact when I walked up. I'm in customer service; you definitely need to make eye contact and let your customer know you see them. She was rude in general. I'd avoid her on my next visit. Otherwise; everyone was very friendly and very quick.

Dr McCarthy and staff are amazing. Upbeat. Positive. Friendly. Compassionate. Even when I am in pain they make me smile. He is on time, clear instructions and explanations. Always willing to listen. Surgery is not his first suggestion which is great to have options whenever possible.
