Just had a very positive first-time experience with this clinic today. The check-in process was a breeze and I was actually in an exam room 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment! The PA was super friendly and attentive and I barely had to wait a minute after she left before Dr. Gaffney arrived. I had an excellent first meeting with him and never once felt rushed or like he needed to see a different patient. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough while explaining most of the possible paths for my issue (trigger finger). I didn't experience any pain whatsoever during the cortisone shout and I was back in my car 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
I don't want to see them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to become a repeat customer if needed!

My first time at MD West, though have known for years of Dr Phillips great reputation since I'm a long time nurse. Everything was great from check in to discharge. Xrays done in office with rapid results. Both the Dr and his assistant (Matt) listened to my pain complaints and understood right away. Dr Phillips was wonderful, caring, took his time and answered all my questions plus more. I feel I will be in excellent hands when time comes for my bilateral knee surgeries.

I have been going to this clinic for 7 years, and the treatment I receive is excellent. I've seen several doctors for different issues, and always happy with the time they take to listen. I see the PA, Hayley every 3 months and she is awesome!
