Not the news I wanted, but pretty much expected it. Given that...I feel like I'm in good hands. Engaging and informative crew. Doc Phillips seems competent and comes recommended. Following the protocols given and will await a replacement when needed.

I appreciate MD West One’s thorough website so that you can see the back ground of your doctors and their specialty. Office and nurses, all have been very helpful to me up to this point.

I recently had ankle surgery and had to have a cast put on my foot. Micayla was the one that did the cast, she was very attentive to my needs and comfort. She was fun and personable. My surgery team was amazing as well.

My visit start to finish was awesome. It started with the receptionist, to the nursing staff, the X Ray techs. Then Dr. Wegner and his P.A. came in and explained everything very thoroughly, they answered all my questions which set my mind at ease. With all that I decided to go ahead and schedule the surgery that I needed. I would recommend MD West One everyone.

I should have scheduled my surgery much sooner! I put it off for a long time, but I have to say my experience was excellent from early consultation through post surgery follow up. The doctors, staff, and connecting hospital and nursing staff all took very good care of me. No one wants to rush into back surgery. If you need help, this is the place to go!

I was able to check in ahead of time which saved a lot of time. The patient load was small,so I got into an examining room quickly. The x-ray area takes a lot longer due to the amount of cleaning for COVID in the check in area. It appears that every office has their own protocols. All in all, the visit was great.

Just had the absolute best experience here. Dr O’Malley and his team made this experience for me just so worth it. A full knee replacement is a big decision and I have to admit I was pretty concerned about the pain and all the stories and suggestions you get from the sidelines. It could not have been better. Roxy was my overnight RN and what a professional! Blair was with me after surgery and this morning another Awsome RN it’s like they both stop what there doing and give percent And not to exclude the rest of the staff that are here just can’t recall all the names but you can be assured Dr O’Malley and his team are there for you percent. Looking forward to getting home but quite frankly this is as close to Marriott as it gets and that’s a compliment. Food menu wow! Md West One….and the team, THANKYOU!
