We live out of state but working with the nurse coordinator we had a phone visit with Dr P, reviewed images and said we need surgery. Thankful for him and his team. he really listened to me, and validated my concerns, gave a recommendation for a local provider for us. even if we don't use dr P for surgery, we will forever have good things to say about him!

Convenient and safe check-in process. Personnel from another department assisted with front desk shortage for the day. Medical personnel were all compassionate and encouraging and informative.

Dr. Lodhia came highly recommended by the doctor I’ve worked with for almost 20 years. I’m glad I trusted him. From start to finish, I’ve appreciated the care I’ve received here. His nurse, Dawn, is amazing, patient, and quickly responsive. Dr. Lodhia explained my surgery (before and after) in terms I could easily understand. The surgery, itself, was very successful. There’s been such a huge improvement in my condition that words can’t fully express my gratitude. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough thank you's to Dr Lacy and the entire staff at this encredible facility. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and beyond kind. My husband was in a lot of nerve pain for months and Dr Lacy was able to relieve the pain immediately with surgery..I haven't seen my husband as happy in months! I need to make a special shout out to nurses Marlene and Chrissy, they were amazing. So patient and caring, they are absolute angels. Thank you for everything!!

Wonderful service for my Mom who has ambulatory issues. X-ray personnel got her a wheelchair and were very helpful & considerate when moving her. We were able to continue to use the wheel chair when she went to the doctor appointment and then they transported her down to the entrance while I got the car. VERY CARING & COMPASSIONATE!!!!!

Check in was quick and easy. Appointment on time. Took some x-rays and that was all good. Met with Dr. Otterberg and that was a very good meeting. He was friendly, understanding and told me what I needed to know about my knees and what was best for me to do. Thanks Dr. Otterberg !!!

I had phoned in to request a follow-up visit; they were able to schedule me within the week at the time I wanted. Was roomed on time; VERY pleasant nurse taking vitals, etc. Dr. was in shortly after that; sat and talked with me--I didn't feel rushed out just because I was there to talk to him; he spent the time to talk to me and answer the questions I had. Absolutely no complaints.

Everyone was so polite and professional. It was nice to be treated like the reason for our visit was important. Dr. Mark Puccioni took the time to sit down and discuss options and provide fact based opinions. I never felt rushed regardless of how many questioned we had. The visit and the situation was hard enough on us having to consider another surgery for our 7 year old, but the doctor and everyone else made us feel at ease. Thank you to all of them in the office at MD West ONE!!!
