My husband, Philip, and I have been extremely pleased with the care we've received at MD West ONE on Farnam. The office is very convenient to get to and is operated very efficiently. We receive excellent medical care from Dr. Rosipal, and PA Scott Krobot, and their team. We highly recommend!

Check in was quick,. I saw my doctor before I could fill out the paper work. Staff was very courteous and helpful with the tablet used to fill out the paper work . I left with my appt and in and out within 45minutes.

My daughter and I saw Dr. Jordan Lacy. We absolutely loved his nurse, Ryan. She made us relaxed in a scary situation. Dr. Jordan Lacy came in and was so amazing!!!! He had already looked at her MRI, was so professional and his confidence let you know you are in good hands. We had been bounced from place to place before we met Dr. Jordan Lacy. Not only did he give us great news, the best words you can hear "This is our Plan of Treatment...". We found our doctor!!!! We would never go to another Neuro Surgeon. I trust my daughter's life in Dr. Jordan Lacy's hands.

Dr. McMullen is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. He did my last two foot surgeries. I honestly wish I would have went to him for my first two surgeries then I probably wouldn’t have been on my third and fourth surgeries. He is the most caring, gentle, Passionate, kind, and generally cares about what going on with you! He truly listens to your concerns and helps you anyway he can!!! Definitely would recommend him to everyone!

My Dad had a carpal tunnel with Dr Gaffney. He was very pleased with him. He answered all his questions. He felt very comfortable with him and talking to him during his procedure(local anesthesia) eased his mind too. He had good results from the surgery.

Patient intake was fast and easy. Nurse and technician support was great. Dr. Phillips was very pleasant, descriptive and helps you understand your issues. Extremely thorough. Highly recommend. Entire visit was a very nice and comforting experience.

UPDATE (8/13/21):
I am still seeing Dr. Treves, PA Siebels, and Angela M. for my neurosury needs. I am only 41 yrs old and currently facing my 11th spinal surgery. I suffer from DDD (Degenerative Disc Disease) & Osteoarthritis. The osteo is causing my body to grow osteophytes (bone spurs) in & on my joints, including inside my spinal column on several vertebra. This has been the toughest news to receive and surgery to face, due to what it will entail. However, I completely trust my team will take great care of me as they continue to do and have done over the last 7 yrs. I'm scared & frustrated that I'm in the shape I'm in, but I have great providers here to get me through all of it. Thanks so much!
I have been a patient at MD West One/ Midwest Neurosurgery since 2014. I see Dr. Treves & PA Dave Siebels, plus nurse, Angela M. They are an amazing team! I have had nothing but great experiences under his care and that of his, and the hospital's staff. The day he retires will be a very sad day for me! I have had 9 surgeries on my neck and back, 6 of which Dr. Treves has done. Here in March (2020), I will be having my 10th spinal surgery, which will be performed by Dr. Treves & PA Siebels. I don't trust anyone else with my spinal care, especially w the worse than substandard care I had received at several other institutions (in NE & IA), by other neurosurgeons and their staff. I feel safe, respected, listened to, and cared for more than I've ever experienced w any other hospital, clinic, or provider (although I do have a great Primary Doctor too). Anyway, it's not very common these days to have a doctor (especially specialists) be so willing to take the time to really listen to what you're saying, but he takes his time to listen to me AND explains my condition in a way I can completely understand. I will continue to use the services of MD West one as long as I need them, and I'll prob need spinal care for life. I highly recommend Dr. Treves, his team, and MD West One to anyone & everyone who could use their services.

Dr Philips is amazing
He listens and explains everything. There is no delay in getting tests or results. He makes me feel comfortable and confident. I am so happy with my choice and trust him fully. The front desk staff is awesome too. I will recommend Dr. Phillips to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Phillips.

Wait time was minimal. My questions and concerns were heard. The only thing that could be improved is the signage outside. It was confusing. I wasn't sure if I was visiting the pain clinic for sure. I knew from my past surgeries and visiting the neck/spine offices to enter to the West doors, but someone coming for the first time would question the signage.
