Service is very prompt and professional!! My refrigerator died, and they had someone here within 2 hours! They replaced the condenser fan, and the replacement part was in their bag. Afterwards, they did extensive checks to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend.

Today we needed Certified Refrigeration LLC quickly! Firstly I spoke briefly to the owner Joe who was kind enough to get one of his experts to sort out our complex sub zero 650 fridge/freezer. I highly recommend this company. Andrea’s was very professional and actually taught me a lot about this fridge! The details was concise. A diagnosis was made and the entire system serviced. This fridge is still efficient after 2 decades. I now understand the initial cost of this type of fridge. Thank you to Andreas for your kindness and wit! One of the nicest intelligent humans we have met ☺️

Seamless, easy , fast, and perfect repair. Now my 28 year old Sub Zero is like a new refrigerator. It would have cost $20,000 to take the old one out and dispose of it, install a new refrigerator and end up with the same result.
